Mark Reed –
I have used this mill for the last 6 months. I bought it new and milled about 40 large Oak Slabs. With two saws I was able to cut up to 54 inches wide. Most slabs I cut are 3 inches thick, which makes them hundreds of pounds. Unfortunately I had the bar break across the drilled oil holes and have been unable to get a replacement. Mill will soon be back in service with a competitor’s blade. Expensive repair. Also note that chains need reshaping about every 5 cuts ( 50 inches by 3 inches by 11 feet. Love the portability, but expect real physical workout.
