Shipping Methods

We ship orders within the United States via US Mail and UPS.

For international orders, we ship using US Mail International or FedEx. Please note that international shipping rates do not include customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are typically lower when packages are sent via US Mail.

Processing & Delivery Time

Most orders ship within 1–5 business days from our California facility, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Options at Checkout

At checkout, you may see shipping options such as “Best Way”. This means we will select the most cost-effective shipping method based on your location and order details. If you prefer a specific carrier or shipping method, please note your preference in the order notes at checkout, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

While we can’t guarantee delivery dates, we work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible.

What is your return policy?

Granberg accepts unused merchandise for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs are typically non-refundable, except in cases where a demonstrable shipping or manufacturing error occurred on Granberg’s part.
